Charles or “Chuck” Feaster is from Ranson, West Virginia. Chuck received an Honorable Discharge from the Army after many years of service in August 1988.
Chuck enrolled in Shepherd University to earn a Bachelor’s Degree after leading a productive life. He completed a Davis and Elkins College Veterans Upward Bound application in October 2020 to assist him with navigating the college process.
In November 2020, he completed a computer skills class. This class was instrumental in helping him create presentations, write papers for college classes, and navigate the institution’s website. Chuck received the NAVUB Scholarship with Combat Tracker Award. Chuck graduated with a Regents Bachelor of Arts Degree in May 2022.
